We had a telephone call from a woman who required to learn where her husband was. He had left her along with the kids but had not given her a forwarding address. She told us that despite the fact that he came to see their kids as soon as a week he didn’t give her any dollars for them and with no an address for him she could not give his particulars to the CSA.
